We provide industry-focused training in event management, protocol, etiquette, customer service, and hospitality, aligned with international best practices and local realities. Each course typically range from short professional workshops to certification programmes lasting between  weeks and 6 months, depending on the course selected. 

You can begin by filling out the registration form linked on the website to get started. 

At this time, students may enroll in only one course at a time. This ensures you can fully focus on the material and successfully complete the programme before progressing to the next course. 

You can contact or visit any of the TT Connect Service Centres within Trinidad & Tobago.                         
To register for Government Assistance the following are required: Trinidad and Tobago Electronic Birth Paper (or equivalent for persons born elsewhere or adopted), National ID or Passport, valid email address that is checked regularly, valid telephone contact number. Students are required to first register for the GATE eService, at the advertised centers before filling an application where students will receive a GATE ID number. This GATE ID number should be presented on the day of Registration. 
 
 
Pre-requisite to qualify for Government Assistance (GATE) Must be a National or Citizen of Trinidad & Tobago. Must have resided in Trinidad & Tobago for at least five (5) years. Must NOT be enrolled in any in any other state funded programme. Must NOT have been GATE funded previously for anything higher than a professional Certificate. Must be under the age of 50.

Participants who cancel their registration will not receive a refund on registration, however, when notice is given at least 1 week prior to the start date of the course, a 90% refund on fees will be given.

TTBEPS courses provide recognized certification, practical workplace skills, professional confidence, and improved career opportunities through industry-focused training delivered by experienced professionals.

The Event Management Diploma is a Government Assisted Programme (GATE) which funds up to 100% tuition of the Diploma Programme. If you cannot access GATE  the cost of the Event Management Diploma without Government Assistance will be $16,500.

Margaret White

Founder and Chairman

Margaret White is the Founder and Chairman of T&T Business Etiquette & Protocol Specialists Limited, a position she has held for over 18 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, and brings more than 34 years of professional experience in corporate leadership and service excellence.

She is a Certified Protocol and Etiquette Consultant trained by the Protocol School of Washington, and a Certified Customer Service Consultant with the Service Quality Institute, USA. Margaret spent over 19 years in senior management at a major financial institution and served for more than 18 years as an Executive Member of the Trinidad and Tobago Women’s Cricket Board. She is widely respected for her professionalism, discretion, and commitment to excellence, and is regarded as a leading authority in business etiquette, protocol, and customer service training in Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr. Kemide Antoine

Managing Director and Vice President of Student Support and Administration

Dr. Kemide Antoine is the Managing Director and Vice President of Student Support and Administration at T&T Business Etiquette & Protocol Specialists Limited (TTBEPS). In this executive role, she provides strategic oversight and leadership for student services, administrative operations, and institutional support functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, student-centered experiences aligned with the organization’s standards of excellence and professionalism.

With over a decade of professional experience spanning psychology, social services, and developmental practice, Dr. Antoine brings a depth of expertise in human development, guidance, and organizational support to her leadership at TTBEPS. She is responsible for managing all student-related matters, including admissions support, student engagement, conflict resolution, and guidance services, and plays a critical role in shaping policies and practices that support student success and institutional effectiveness.

Dr. Antoine’s background in developmental and counseling psychology informs her executive approach, allowing her to integrate evidence-based, people-focused strategies into administrative leadership. Her work emphasizes professionalism, ethical practice, and continuous development, contributing to an environment that supports both personal growth and academic excellence.

As a senior leader within TTBEPS, Dr. Antoine is committed to advancing the organization’s mission through strategic planning, operational oversight, and a strong focus on service quality. Her leadership continues to strengthen TTBEPS’s reputation for excellence in training, professional development, and student support.

Kelly Ann Connelly-Monsegue

Director and Customer Service Facilitator

Kelly Ann Connelly-Monsegue, Director and Customer Service Facilitator, brings over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Customer Service, Events Management, and Administration. She is trained by the Service Quality Institute (USA) to deliver programmes under its internationally recognised Customer Service Strategy and has been facilitating customer service training programmes for more than fifteen (15) years across multiple sectors.

Throughout her career, Kelly Ann has held a range of customer-focused roles, giving her a strong practical understanding of service excellence, professional conduct, and stakeholder engagement. Her experience in Events Management includes the planning and implementation of high-profile and community-based initiatives such as the Cocktail Reception for the Delegates of the Miss Universe Pageant 1999, community tourism projects hosted by the Tourism Company, and corporate events including Annual General Meetings and Public Board Meetings.

In addition to her work in customer service and events, Kelly Ann has spent over twenty-five (25) years in the field of Administration. She is an experienced Executive Administrator and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Through Trinidad and Tobago Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited, Kelly Ann designs and delivers professional development workshops in Events Management, Customer Service, and Business Etiquette. She is a Certified Etiquette Consultant and is widely recognised for her professional, practical, and engaging facilitation style.

CURTIS BACHAN

Director, TTBEPS

Curtis Bachan brings over 25 years of professional experience in the theatre arts industry as a Lighting Designer and Technical Coordinator, having collaborated with directors, choreographers, and production design teams at all major theatres in Trinidad and Tobago. His extensive portfolio includes work on major international productions such as the Miss Universe International Finals (1999, Trinidad), Assistant Production Manager for the opera Madama Butterfly at the 2006 Princeton Summer Festival in New Jersey, USA, and lighting design for the National Carnival Commission Dimanche Gras Show, Take Me Home, at the Queen’s Park Savannah in February 2025. After sixteen years as Technical Coordinator at Queen’s Hall.

Curtis transitioned to self-employment in 2018 and recently graduated with second class honors, attaining a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Film Studies from the University of the West Indies. Curtis has served as a Director at the Trinidad and Tobago Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited (TTBEPS) for over 10 years. His decades of experience orchestrating complex theatrical productions, combined with his commitment to protocol excellence, make him an invaluable asset in delivering seamless, professional events that exceed expectations.
